HOWARD PATTERSON

(he/him) is a Pittsburgh-based sound designer, audio engineer, and educator. Howard is the Assistant Teaching Professor of Sound Design at University of Pittsburgh. He has worked on many projects in Pittsburgh and beyond and is passionate about sonic storytelling. Recent designs have been heard at City Theatre Company, TheatreSquared, Virginia Stage Company, and Pittsburgh Playhouse. He is also the Vice Co-Chair of Design, Technology & Management for the American College Theater Festival, Region II. Howard received his BFA from Point Park University. In his spare time not spent in the theater, he is a pro wrestler in- training.
